1. What is xtopten?

xtopten is a powerful and modern business review platform that allows users to discover, review, and rate businesses worldwide.
From local stores to global brands, xtopten helps people make informed decisions based on trusted customer feedback.

2. How do I create an account?

Creating an account is quick and easy:

  1. Click Sign Up at the top of the homepage.

  2. Choose to register as a User or a Business.

  3. Enter your email, username, and password.

  4. Verify your email and log in to start exploring.

3. How do I leave a review?

Once you’re logged in:

  1. Search for the business you want to review.

  2. Click on the business profile.

  3. Select Write a Review and rate your experience.

  4. Add comments, photos, or recommendations — then submit.

Your review will appear publicly after moderation to ensure it meets our community guidelines.


For Businesses
1. How do I claim my business profile?

If your business is already listed on xtopten:

  1. Search for your business name.

  2. Click Claim This Business on the profile.

  3. Complete verification by email or phone.

Once verified, you can manage your business page, respond to reviews, and update your information.

2. How do I add a new business?

If your business is not listed:

  1. Go to Add Business in the main menu.

  2. Fill in details like name, category, address, and contact info.

  3. Submit for verification — once approved, your business will go live.

3. How can I respond to reviews?

Businesses can reply directly to customer reviews to thank users or address concerns.
Simply log in to your business dashboard and respond politely and professionally — transparency builds trust.


Account & Settings
1. How can I edit my profile?

Go to My Account → Edit Profile to update your name, photo, password, or preferences.

2. How can I delete my account?

If you wish to close your account:

  1. Visit Account Settings.

  2. Select Delete Account.

  3. Confirm your choice.

Please note that deleting your account will permanently remove your reviews and saved data.


Review Guidelines

  • Only post reviews based on real experiences.

  • Avoid offensive or misleading content.

  • Do not post spam, advertisements, or duplicate reviews.
