  1. Click Sign Up at the top of the homepage.

  2. Choose User Account.

  3. Enter your email, username, and password.

  4. Verify your email and log in to start exploring businesses.

3. How do I write a review?
  1. Search for the business you want to review.

  2. Click on the business profile.

  3. Select Write a Review.

  4. Add your rating, comments, and optional photos.

  5. Submit your review — it will appear after moderation.

4. Can I edit or delete my review?

Yes. Go to My Account → My Reviews, select the review you want to edit or delete, and make changes or remove it.

5. Is my personal information safe?

For Businesses
1. How do I claim my business profile?

Search for your business on xtopten and click Claim This Business. Follow the verification steps (email or phone) to gain control of your profile.

2. How do I add a new business?

Go to Add Business, fill out all required details (name, address, category, contact info), and submit for verification. Once approved, your listing will go live.

3. Can I respond to reviews?

Yes. Businesses can reply to reviews through the Business Dashboard. Respond professionally and courteously to build trust with customers.

4. What is business verification?

Verification ensures your business is authentic. Verified businesses receive a “Verified” badge, boosting credibility and visibility on xtopten.

5. How can I improve my visibility?
  • Keep your business information accurate and complete.

  • Respond to reviews regularly.

  • Encourage satisfied customers to leave genuine reviews.

  • Choose the correct categories and update media (photos, videos) regularly.


Account & Technical Questions
1. How do I reset my password?

Click Forgot Password on the login page, enter your email, and follow the instructions to reset your password.
