Verify your email and log in to start exploring.
Yes! xtopten is free for users who want to read or write reviews. Businesses can also create basic listings at no cost. Premium features are available for those who want enhanced visibility and insights.
If your business is already listed, click Claim This Business and complete verification.
If it’s not listed, select Add Business, enter your details, and submit for approval.
Once verified, you’ll gain full control over your profile.
xtopten verifies businesses through official documents, email, or phone to ensure listings are legitimate. Verified businesses receive a “Verified Badge”, increasing trust and visibility on the platform.

Search for the business you want to review.
Click Write a Review, rate your experience, and add comments or photos.
Submit — your review will appear after moderation.
Yes. All reviews are reviewed by our moderation team or automated filters to prevent spam, fake feedback, or offensive content. Only genuine, respectful reviews are published.
Yes. Go to My Account → My Reviews, choose the review you want to change, and click Edit or Delete. Once removed, it cannot be restored.
Businesses can reply to customer reviews directly from their dashboard. We encourage professional and courteous responses — transparency builds credibility and customer loyalty.
